Nadejda Vakhitova teaches primary school children. She includes ecology subjects in her lessons and the promotion of environmental awareness. She developed a special literature for teaching both children and adults and encourages her colleagues to use her methods and literature.

Nadejda has 10 years of experience in the implementation and dissemination of knowledge and skills in the community regarding the issues on climate change and protection of the environment. She has an active role with the "Women of Mountains" group that implements a comprehensive training for women and children on climate change adaptation and sustainable development through participatory mechanisms and awareness-raising.
