Khursheed Begham is committed to fight injustices and put an end to all violence against women in her community. She is steadfast in her cause because of her belief that each person is entitled to her social, political and economic rights regardless of color, class, creed and religion. She also advocates for equal rights regardless of gender. Khursheed used all her knowledge and the information she got from national and local trainings to establish many Women Vocational Centers where more than 300 women have been given different trainings on sewing, embroidery and the like. This includes promoting issues on reproductive health and skills training on various livelihood activities. Her work in the poverty alleviation for women helped around 115 women's groups in 20 villages and 10 community-based groups in 10 villages of Taluka Kandiaro and Kotri Muhammad Kabir.
